You can remove a residential address from a contact’s profile if it’s outdated or no longer needed. This helps keep your contact records accurate and up to date.
Note: Deleting an address is permanent. Ensure you have the correct contact before proceeding.
Delete a residential address
To delete an address:
- Click Contacts to access the contact list
- Use the Filters to search for the contact or scroll through the list
- Click the three-dot menu next to the contact’s name
- Select Edit
- Expand the Addresses section
- Click Delete address next to the residential address you want to remove
- Click Save to confirm and update the contact record
