About buyer interest level
Buyer interest level records a contact’s interest in a specific listing and sits alongside the listing–contact relationship in Box+Dice’s CRM. This information powers buyer management, filtering, and vendor reporting.
Interest Level values
- In - Buyer is interested in the property
- Maybe - Buyer is undecided about the property
- Out - Buyer is not interested in the property
- Closed (automatic) - Applied to buyers registered against a listing when that listing is Sold or Withdrawn; the buyer register is closed, and the property is no longer available
Add or update interest level
Box+Dice centralises listing details, buyer matching, and reporting. Interest Level is part of the buyer leads workflow.
To edit interest level:
- Go to: Sales > Listings
- Search for the property and open the listing record
- Click the Buyer Leads tab
- Click a buyer’s name
- Set Interest Level to In, Maybe, or Out
- The value appears in buyer lead lists and feeds vendor reports
Automatic CLOSED Interest Level
When a listing is sold or withdrawn, Box+Dice closes the buyer register for that listing. Buyers registered against it show 'CLOSED' (cannot purchase that property). Use this state later to re‑engage prospects for similar listings.
