Navigation helpers in Box+Dice are designed to make your workflow faster and more intuitive. Whether you're searching for contacts, managing tasks, or working across multiple tabs, these tools help you stay focused and efficient without losing your place. Quicksearch
Quicksearch is the fastest way to find what you need in Box+Dice. It’s designed to help you jump directly to records or add new ones without navigating through menus.
With Quicksearch, you can:
- Search for and add contacts and properties
- Navigate directly to a specific record
Native browser functionality
Box+Dice is fully browser-enabled, allowing you to take advantage of your browser’s built-in tools to enhance your experience.
You can:
- Use the Chrome back button or your browser’s equivalent to move between pages
- Open any link in a new tab or new window to work on multiple screens simultaneously
- If needed, you can use an incognito window to log in with a different account, as you cannot log into a separate browser tab or window using a different user's login, because this will log the first person out
Contact popovers
Throughout the system, you will notice contact popovers. Contact popovers let you manage contacts from anywhere in the system without leaving your current page.
To access a contact popover:
- Go to: Contacts
- Click the ellipsis icon next to a contact’s name
- Select available actions, such as:
- Add Appointment
- Add Category
- Add Note or Task
- Send Blast or SMS
- Access the Library
