Searching by buying criteria helps you identify buyers based on their preferences, such as price range, property features, and location. This is useful for matching buyers to suitable listings.
Search for a buyer with buying criteria
To perform a quick search using buying criteria:
- Go to: Contacts in the sidebar
- Click Add Filter Item
- Under the Select filter, choose:
- Sales Price - Select is between to include a price range. Enter the minimum and maximum price values
- Bed/Bath/Car spaces - Enter numbers in any of these fields to limit buyers
- Suburb(s) - Enter one or more suburbs
Tip: Use multiple criteria together for more accurate buyer matching.
- Click Apply to view the filtered list
Note: Ensure suburbs are spelled correctly for accurate results, and price ranges can be combined with property features for more refined searches.
