Searching for buyers from a current or previous listing allows you to quickly identify contacts who have already engaged with similar properties. This is particularly useful when a new listing becomes available, and you want to reach out to buyers who may be interested based on their past activity.
You can use this feature when:
- A new listing becomes available, and you want to notify previously engaged buyers
- You need to follow up with buyers who attended inspections
- You want to review buyer interest from past listings
Filter buyers from a listing
Follow these steps to filter buyers who have been through a current or previous listing.
To filter buyers:
- Go to: Contacts
- Click + Add Filter Item
- Select Activity Type > is any of:
- Buyer/Tenant – In
- Buyer/Tenant – Maybe
- Buyer/Tenant – Out
- Buyer/Tenant – Closed (if you wish to reference sold listings)
- Click + Activity Type subfilter
- Select Activity Property > is any of:
- Search for and select the name of the listing
- Select additional addresses to get a combined buyer list
- Click Apply to display the list of matching buyers
If you need to narrow results to a specific timeframe, you can add a date filter.
To further filter by date:
- Click + Add Filter Item again
- Enter the date range during which the buyer was registered or attended
- Click Apply to update the results
