How it works

Searching for buyers from a current or previous listing allows you to quickly identify contacts who have already engaged with similar properties. This is particularly useful when a new listing becomes available, and you want to reach out to buyers who may be interested based on their past activity.

You can use this feature when:

  • A new listing becomes available, and you want to notify previously engaged buyers
  • You need to follow up with buyers who attended inspections
  • You want to review buyer interest from past listings
