Overview

GRAB website listing visibility is controlled through the My Website Status field in Box+Dice. This feature determines whether a property appears on your website as an active listing, a sold listing, or is hidden entirely. Each listing’s website status works independently of portal uploads, giving you complete control over what appears publicly on your site.

Listing visibility states

Your GRAB website supports three visibility states that determine where (or if) a listing appears online. 

Note: Listings default to Hidden until you manually change their status.

Available States:

  • Hidden - The listing is not shown anywhere on your website
  • Current - The listing appears in the For Sale section
  • Sold - The listing appears in the Sold section

Publish a listing on your GRAB website

You can set a listing to Current to display it in the For Sale section.

To publish a listing:

  • Go to: Sales > Listings
  • Select the relevant listing
  • List the property with photos, copy, and property details
  • Click the pencil icon next to Listing Information

  • Scroll to Load & Web
  • Locate the My Website Status field 
  • Select Current from the dropdown menu

  • Click Save

This will show the listing in the For Sale section of your website.

Mark a listing as sold on your website

Move a listing to the Sold section by updating its website status.

To mark a listing as sold:

  • In the Listing Information screen, scroll to Load & Web
  • Select Sold from the dropdown menu

  • Click Save

Once saved, the listing will be moved to the Sold section of your website.

Note: Updating purchaser details will automatically remove the listing’s Current status in Box+Dice. This does not update your website. The listing will remain visible online until you manually change My website status to Sold.

Remove a listing from your website

Hide a listing completely by clearing the website status.

To remove a listing from your website:

  • In the Listing Information screen, scroll to Load & Web
  • Select Sold from the dropdown menu
  • Select Choose from the My Website Status dropdown to blank out the options

  • Click Save
Note: Removing the website status hides the listing from all public areas on your website but does not delete it from Box+Dice.
