Overview
Contract downloads allow website visitors to access important documents directly from a property listing page. This feature helps streamline buyer enquiries by making key information available instantly. Contracts are managed within Box+Dice through the listing file settings, and depending on your GRAB website configuration, these files can be displayed automatically.
Upload a contract file and enable website access
Use the Listing file screen to upload contracts or supporting documents.
To configure the contract file:
- Go to: Sales > Listings
- Locate and select the relevant property listing
- Scroll to Files
- Click Add new file
- Upload the required contract or document
- Enter a Description
- Select Contract as the file type
- Tick Public – can be published on my website
- Click Save
Once saved, the file becomes available for download on your GRAB website.
Note: Website visibility of files depends on your GRAB website’s configuration. Only supported websites will display downloadable contracts and documents.
