About missing listings on GRAB website
Listings may not display if required information is missing, if the website status is incorrect, or if the listing has not been saved. Understanding these requirements helps ensure your listings appear online when expected.
Check required website content
Listings must include key information before they can show on your Grab website.
to ensure all required content is present:
- Go to: Sales > Listings
- Search and select the relevant listing
- Confirm the listing contains website‑ready content, such as:
- Images
- Advertising copy
- Display price
Confirm the listing status
A listing will only show online when its website status is set correctly.
To configure the website status:
- Click the pencil icon beside Listing Information
- Scroll to Load & Web
- Ensure My Website Status is set to Current, or Sold if the listing has sold
- Review the listing information
- Click Save to update the listing
