Version 3.2.28 of the Box and Dice Agent App has commenced roll out for both Android and iOS users.
Things We’ve Made
Key Contact and Buyer Insights - on the Contact and Buyer screen we now prominently display key information at the top of each screen so you're better informed when you talk to a Contact. There are two main types of insights that has been added:
- Landlord and Tenant insights - Leveraging our MRI Property Tree integration, on the Contact screen we now display if the Contact is a Landlord or Tenant in your Property Tree database as well as showing details of the tenancy, by tapping on the icon.
- REA Buyer Readiness insights - On the Buyer screen, we show the Property Tree information and as well as the REA 'Buyer Readiness'. This was a feature implemented previously in the browser app. The REA 'Buyer Readiness', determined by REA, is an indication of how far along the journey a buyer is and will display with a different colour to indicate they are at an 'Early', 'Mid' or 'Late' stage.
After hearing from Agents, this feature has been designed with the Open for Inspection in a mind - by displaying this key information at the top of the screen, it can be used to help shape the types of conversations you have as buyers are checked in or during the inspection. Additionally it can also be used in follow up calls to engage further with the buyer.

In our next Agent App release, we will allow an administrator to select up to 3 categories to also display in the prominent 'key information' section. This could be used by our clients who do not use Property Tree, to highlight landlords or tenants of your Property Management system using a category.
Mark a Buyer as an investor lead. If your agency also has a Property Management team, your administrator can set up an 'Investor Lead' button to display on the Buyer screen. Details of how to enable this can be found here: /hc/articles/12857375894927. Once enabled the button will display on the Buyer screen and with a single tap, a notification can be fired off to your Property Management BDM team that a new lead has been found.
Number pad when adding a Buyer. When adding a Buyer or Contact, you can convert the keyboard to a number pad with a single tap - allowing you to then quickly tap in the buyers number. Tapping the button again will convert the keyboard back to the traditionally 'qwerty' style.
