Version 3.2.23 of the Box and Dice Agent App has commenced roll out for both Android and iOS users.
Things We’ve Made
Agent App File Attachments. Now you can view, download and send listing files directly from the Listing screen. We have made it easy to access important listing files such as contracts directly from the Box and Dice Agent App, allowing you to answer buyer questions instantaneously when you are at the Open for Inspection or out at an appointment, away from the office. As long as 'Show in Agent App' is selected when uploading the file in the Box and Dice web interface, the file will display on the Listing inside the Box and Dice Agent App as shown below:
You can then:
- Click on the file name to open the file directly in the App.
- Click the arrow/download button to download the file to save it in your Files folder.
- Select the file and then click 'Send by email', this will navigate you to a 'Send email' screen where you can select the recipient and write an email before hitting send.
Enhanced Caller ID - we have introduced enhanced Caller ID allowing you to see the name of any Contact in your database when they call you. This gives you the opportunity to answer the call in a more personalised manner, or look up the Contact in App to get an understanding of what their enquiry may relate to and then call them back.
While this feature does already exist in the App through 'CardDav' it has been completely rebuilt with new technology that improves usability, reliability and security. Once enabled, you will no longer need to add the 'Mobile' Contact Category to Contacts you want synced to your device. All Contacts you have access to in your database will be automatically synced to your phone in a hidden Caller ID directory. These hidden Contacts cannot be accessed directly by the user which improves data security.
When an incoming call is received, your device will first check against your own Contacts and if a match is not found, it will search through the hidden Caller ID list for a match. If one is found, the incoming call will display on your screen as below:
This feature is only available for iOS.

Things We’ve Improved
- When a Contact or Buyer has an owned property, you can now tap the address to be navigated to the property, appraisal or listing.
- The App logo has been updated to reflect Box and Dice is now part of MRI and the icons on the bottom of the screen have been changed to match what is used in the desktop application, providing a more consistent experience.
Things We’ve Fixed
- Buyer and Listing notes did not display in the correct order in some instances. This has been fixed.
- For our New Zealand clients, when entering a new mobile address it was defaulting to the Australian country code (+61). This has been corrected so the default for users associated with an office in New Zealand is (+64).
Things We’re Working On
- Show Key Buyer information in the App on the Buyer screen, this includes:
- REA Buyer Readiness.
- MRI Property Tree Landlord and Tenant data.
- Nominated 'Categories' to display more prominently.
