Agent App v3.2.34 - released

MRI Box and Dice MRI Box and Dice

Version 3.2.34 of the Box and Dice Agent App has commenced roll out for both Android and iOS users.

Things We’ve Made

Option to 'Use Library Template' when sending emails.
You can now ‘Use Library Template’ when sending emails, a feature previously available in the web app.

When composing an email, simply toggle on Use Library Template to select one of your saved templates from the Contact Library. You can also link it to the relevant Property, Listing, or Contact.

Once a template is selected, you’ll see a Preview option that lets you review how the message will appear for each recipient before sending.

Coming soon in a future release we will be expanding this feature to include sending SMS templates.

Lead Flow tasks
You can now view your Lead Flow tasks in the Agent App, along with the associated Call Sheet and all its related details and actions. This update makes it easier to continue prospecting to your vendor leads while you’re out of the office.

Updated Task filters
We’ve redesigned the Task screen to make it easier to find and manage the tasks you care about most.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Predefined date filters – Quickly view tasks due within common timeframes:

    • All

    • From today

    • Tomorrow

    • Current week

    • Next week

    • Previous week

    • Before today

  • Custom date range – Use the new date picker to select your own date range and view tasks due within that period.

  • Overdue filter – A new toggle lets you easily filter for overdue tasks, which can be used alongside the date filters.

  • Lead Flow filter – You can now filter to show only Lead Flow tasks, ensuring consistency with the Web Application.

  • Hide filters – Use the new ‘Hide Filters’ button to collapse the filter panel and view more tasks on screen.

Caller ID for Android
Similar to the feature that already exists for iOS, we have introduced Caller ID for Android. This gives you the opportunity to answer the call in a more personalised manner, or look up the Contact in App to get an understanding of what their enquiry may relate to and then call them back.

All Contacts you have access to in your database will be automatically synced to your phone in a hidden Caller ID directory. These hidden Contacts cannot be accessed directly by the user which improves data security.

When an incoming call is received, your device will first check against your own Contacts and if a match is not found, it will search through the hidden Caller ID list for a match. If one is found, the incoming call will display on your screen as below:

Things We've Improved

Revert checked inspections. If you accidently tap 'Check in' on a Buyer, you can now easily revert this by re-tapping the button. If a private inspection was created because of the Check In, you will have the option to delete this inspection as well.

Note types are now available on Buyer notes. This is particularly useful if you use Agora Insights to track agent calls. When a call is made from the Agent App, the note type will default to 'Phone'.

We now display the Inspection type on the Listing, so you can see if it's Open or By Appointment.

Things We've Fixed

Large Buyer Leads will now load faster and without glitching. The count of buyers that are 'In' 'Out and 'Maybe' will also calculate on the initial load.

Things We’re Working On

  • Sending templated SMS' from the Agent App.
  • Prospecting Board View and Reason to Call notifications.
