Version 3.2.30 of the Box and Dice Agent App has commenced roll out for both Android and iOS users.
Things We’ve Made
Display key categories on the Buyer screen. Admin users can now select up to 3 categories that will prominently display in the Key Buyer Information section on the Buyer screen. The Key Buyer Information section has been created to give the agent immediate visibility of information so that they are equipped with key facts about the specific buyer before they have a conversation with them at the inspection.
If your agency categorises Contacts as:
- Current sellers
- Investors
- Vendor prospects
- First home buyers
or anything else that may be relevant for a agent to know immediately upon checking-in a Buyer to an inspection, you can set these categories in the Key Buyer Information section where they will display at the top of the screen just underneath the Buyer name and Interest Level.
To select up to 3 categories to display in the Key Buyer Information section, in the browser CRM an admin user can go to Settings General Agent App.
In the example below, the agency has decided they want the 'Landlord' 'Past Vendor' and 'Buyer - A Class' categories to display prominently on the Buyer screen, when the Buyer Contact has had them applied.
In the screenshot below, the Buyer "Jane Sample" has all three designated Categories applied, so they are displayed near the top of the Buyer screen (along with the REA Buyer Readiness rating in this case). This means that when Jane is checked in, the Agent can see straight away that she is a strong buyer, a Landlord with your Property Management business and has previously bought from your agency - allowing the agent to be well informed before a conversation with Jane.
Things We’ve Improved
- We have added an icon to allow you to quickly copy an email address or phone number from the Contact and Buyer screens, saving you time when you need to past them into into an email, message or note.
- After making a call to a Buyer you can now change their Interest Level directly from the Log Feedback screen saving you time when making your inspection follow up calls from the Agent App.
Things We’ve Fixed
- Some clients reported issues with the Caller ID feature, this issue has been fixed.
