Version 3.2.20 of the Box and Dice Agent App has commenced roll out for both Android and iOS users.
Things We’ve Made
- We have introduced the ability to preview, download, configure and send the most used Vendor reports directly from the Agent App. The Simple and Advanced Vendor reports can now be sent directly from the App after the open home, meaning you no longer have to wait to log into the browser CRM to keep your vendor up to date with the latest inspection and buyer details.
- To send the Vendor report of your choice from the App, navigate to the Buyers screen of a listing, and click the 3 dots/More menu in the top right and select 'Vendor Reports'

- Then select the report you would like to send to the vendor (Please note: the 'Default Vendor Report' is the report that has always been accessible from the App.) You can first preview the report by clicking the 'Preview' button.

- Next, click the 3 dots/More menu one more time and select 'Send via email' to send directly to the Vendor from your Box and Dice account, or else 'Save as PDF' to download it to your device's 'Files' folder, and then send it from your own email client.

- Please note, like in the browser version of the CRM, with the Advanced Vendor report, you will first need to select some Buyers and configure the sections that display within the report.
- If you have Lead Capture enabled, Web Leads (from Realestate.com.au and Domain) will now display in the App, allowing you to validate them by setting the interest level and converting them into a Buyer. If a Listing has had a Web Lead added, you will see this on the Listing screen. You can then click into the Buyers screen and sort by 'Web Leads' to view them as a list.
Things We've Improved
- The House size and Land size now display on the Property screen.
- When on the Buyer screen and clicking 'Back' you will now be navigated back to the Listing and not the Properties screen.
Things We’ve Fixed
- Events on the Contact timeline will always display in chronological order.
