Your Prospects in your pocket...
You can now access and manage your Contact Boards directly from the Agent App. Any boards created in the Web App, whether you use them to track vendor prospects or buyers, are now fully synced and available on your phone or tablet.
Real-Time Sync: Move cards seamlessly with drag-and-drop functionality, instantly updating across both the Mobile and Web apps.
Moving a contact horizontally on the board will automatically update the associated Category.
To access the Board View tap into 'Board' view and select the board you wish to view from the drop down.
We’ve brought Reason to Call (RTC) notifications into the mobile Board View to help you prospect smarter on the go.
What it does: Highlights key buyer and prospect behaviors that give you a warm reason to connect.
How to use it: Tap the RTC filter on any Contact Board to instantly see who you should call next. It’s the perfect way to knock out a few high-value prospecting calls from your car or a café between appointments.
The Check In Listing QR Code can now be opened up directly from the Buyer screen, allowing you to either present this to a buyer on your phone to scan, or on a tablet near the inspection entrance.
Once scanned, the prospective buyer will able to set their first name, last name, email address and phone number and check themselves into an inspection. To access the QR code, navigate to the Listing > Buyers
Things We've Improved
Enhanced Mobile Security for Listing Files
We have extended our desktop access controls to the mobile app. The ‘View files outside of office/authorized office’ ACL is now active within the Agent App, preventing unauthorized users from accessing restricted listing files while out of the office.Secondary mobile number display on the Contact and Buyer screens.
You can now create and schedule inspections for a listing after a purchaser has been added, delivering on a top-voted User Voice request.
All Listing images now display within the Agent App.
Things We've Fixed
- When you email a buyer, the subject line will now automatically populate with the property address to save you time.
