Things We’ve Made
Improved Capture of Matching Critera
On the Buyer screen, we’ve added a ‘+ Matching Criteria’ button. Tapping this takes users directly to the Add Matching Criteria screen, where key fields are automatically pre-populated based on the associated property.
This includes:
- Price From and Price To
- Suburb
- Number of bedrooms
eAlerts are also enabled by default.
This update allows agents to capture Matching Criteria at an OFI in just two taps, speeding up data entry and allowing the agent to focus on their buyer conversations while still capturing important information.
