This article covers:

About the detailed view and pipeline chart

The detailed view allows you to review appraisal results in expandable and collapsible rows, making it easier to manage pipeline data without opening each record individually.

It is designed to help agents and rental BDMs efficiently track appraisals, update key information inline, and take quick actions such as listing or archiving.

When used with the pipeline chart, it provides a visual forecast of expected commissions based on appraisal likelihood and expected close dates, helping you better understand future performance.

How the pipeline chart works

The pipeline chart provides a forward-looking view of your appraisal performance by estimating commission over time.

  • Displays a monthly total of expected commissions
  • Includes appraisals with close dates within the next 12 months
  • Updates dynamically based on applied filters
  • Groups results by expected close date (decision month)
Note: The chart reflects expected gross commission introduced and encourages forward planning beyond current listings.

You can:

  • Click monthly values to filter results by expected close date
  • View overdue appraisals, highlighted in red, to prioritise follow-ups

Use the detailed view

To open the detailed view for rental appraisals:
