About appraisal dates
In Box+Dice, an appraisal is automatically assigned a date when it is created. If an appointment is added during creation, the appraisal will use the appointment date instead.
Keeping the correct appraisal date is important for maintaining accurate timelines, reporting, and activity tracking. If the date was entered incorrectly or an appointment was missed, the appraisal date can be updated from the vendor’s contact history.
