Searching for appraisals allows you to view and manage records at different stages, including current, listed, and cancelled opportunities.
The filter panel helps you narrow results, track performance, and quickly locate relevant appraisal records across your pipeline.
Using filters effectively improves accuracy and ensures you are working with the right data.
Search for appraisals
Use the appraisal search screen to display and filter appraisal records.
To search for appraisals:
- Go to: Sales Appraisals from the sidebar
- If the Remove Filters button is visible, click it to clear existing filters
- Use the filter panel to search, refine, and organise appraisal results using multiple criteria
- Enter appraisal address in the Search all within results to quickly find appraisals by keyword
- (Optional) Select the Appraisal status:
- Current
- Listed
- Cancelled
- (Optional) Filter by assigned Appraisal consultant
- (Optional) Select Pipeline filters to view appraisals grouped by time periods (e.g. months)
- (Optional) Click Add Filter Item to customise filters
- (Optional) Select Favorite filters
You can combine multiple filters to narrow your results and improve accuracy.
- Select multiple statuses to compare outcomes
- Filter by consultant to track performance
- Use pipeline filters to analyse expected outcomes over time
