About appraisal details
After an appraisal appointment has taken place, you can record the appraisal details in Box+Dice. This information is stored against the relevant contact and property records and feeds into your appraisal pipeline.
While most appraisal fields are optional, entering more information can provide greater visibility into your opportunities and improve reporting across your database.
Appraisal fields:

- Listing type - Records whether you discussed and recommended an auction or private sale. Depending on your selection, you can also enter a proposed auction date and time or a proposed closing date

- Office - Defaults to your office
