Version 3.2.12 of the Box+Dice Agent App has been rolled out for both Android and iOS users.
Things We’ve Made

Create a property in full - It is now possible to create a property via the Agent App with all the property attributes that can be added via the browser app. This means no more starting to create a property via the Agent App and having to log on to your laptop or desktop to complete the details.

Create an appraisal in full - Similar to creating a property, it is now possible to create an appraisal with all the attributes directly from the Agent App, so that you don't need to sign in to the desktop version to complete it. This includes the appraisal price, commission info, and close likelihood.
- Search for a contact by category - on the search contact screen it is now possible to select a category (or categories) and search for all contacts who have had that category applied to them. You can also search for only those where you are the category consultant.
- Search for a task by type - from the tasks screen it is now possible to search for tasks of a specific 'Type' using the drop-down menu.
Things We’ve Improved
- Email and SMS permissions have been updated to align with the browser version - a couple of months back we improved the marketing email and marketing SMS permissions in the browser app. This functionality has been replicated in the Agent App, allowing you to set permissions and define emails or SMS as marketing or transactional so that anti-spam legislation is complied with.
- Buyer Lead sorting improved - when sorting buyer leads by inspection, leads with future inspections and private inspections will be included.
Things We’ve Fixed
- Contacts/Companies can't be created without a name.
- A note can be saved when the note type is not set.

- Improved contact, buyer leads, and buyer lead screens design.
- Better vendor reporting.
