Learn how to display your listing’s website link in E-Alerts so clients can easily access property details online.
Adding a website link to your listing ensures that E-Alerts include a clickable hyperlink, making it easy for clients to view full property details on your website.
To display your listing’s website link in an E-Alert:
- Go to: Sales > Listings
- Click the pencil icon beside the Sales Listing
- In the Listing Information modal, scroll to Load & Web
- Locate the Listing URL field
- Enter your website’s listing link
- Click Save
Once saved, the link will appear in the E-Alert as a clickable hyperlink that directs contacts to your listing page.
Tip: Ensure the Listing URL field is always populated so recipients can easily view listings on your company website.
