Overview
E-Alerts keep your clients informed about new listings that match their property interests. They’re automatically generated and sent from your profile, ensuring each message feels personal and relevant. Once set up, E-Alerts run quietly in the background — delivering daily updates to engaged buyers and potential sellers.
Each alert includes only listings that fit the client’s chosen criteria, such as location, price range, and property type. This helps reduce inbox noise while highlighting properties that genuinely suit your clients’ needs.
How it works
E-Alerts are automatically sent each day between 5 PM and 8 PM AEST, but only when new listings match a contact’s saved criteria.
There’s no need to manually schedule or resend alerts; once a contact’s buying criteria and preferences are captured, the system takes care of the rest.
When a listing is ready to be promoted, agents simply mark it as Alert Client. The platform then identifies matching contacts and automatically delivers the alert email.
Manage matching criteria
Each contact’s matching criteria defines what listings will appear in their alerts. These can include combinations of one or more suburbs, prices, and property types.
You can update or refine these details at any time, ensuring alerts stay accurate as your client’s needs evolve. When changes are saved, E-Alerts automatically adjust to reflect the new preferences.
Sender and template settings
E-Alerts are sent using a default sender and template configured in Settings > Automations > E-Alerts Setup.
- Sender - Sets the default signatory of E-Alert emails if someone else isn't chosen when enabling for a Contact
- Subject - sets the email subject for all E-Alert emails
- Template - sets the template format to be used by all E-Alert emails
If a sender is also defined at the contact level, that profile overrides the default, making alerts appear to come directly from the assigned consultant.
Templates are managed by your administrator and determine the overall format and branding of each outgoing message, ensuring a consistent client experience.

To see what your client will get, you can preview their alert directly within their Matching Criteria. This allows you to confirm that the listings and content align with expectations before they’re sent.
