About VIP listings for e‑alerts
VIP Listings allow your office to promote Off‑Market properties within ‑Alerts. These are current listings that have not yet been published on any online portal. When enabled, a dedicated VIP section appears in the E‑Alert template.
This feature is useful when you want to market properties to specific buyers before they go public.
VIP Listings are automatically grouped into a separate VIP section in the E‑Alert template. The VIP E‑Alert section can be customised through a Custom E‑Alert Template.
This section will only appear if at least one listing meets all VIP criteria.
A listing must meet all the following criteria:
- The listing must be Current
- The listing must not be uploaded to any portal
- E‑Alert must be enabled under Load and Web
When to use VIP listings
Use this option when you want:
- A dedicated VIP section in your E‑Alert
- To promote Off‑Market or pre‑market listings
- More targeted buyer engagement prior to online advertising
This ensures qualified buyers receive exclusive access to listings sooner.
Enable VIP listing functionality
To enable VIP Listings:
- Contact Box+Dice Support (cs.boxdice@mrisoftware.com) and request VIP Alerts to be enabled for your office
Once enabled, your E‑Alert template will include a dedicated VIP section for listings that meet VIP criteria.
