The latest version of the Agent App is currently in beta testing and should be available for general release week commencing 26/8/19.
Things We’ve Fixed
- User who wasn’t the Listing Consultant was able to email Vendor Reports.
- Send Contract button was available when contact had no email address.
- Buyer Interest Level was sometimes changing when updating contact details via the App.
- Incorrect postcode was being used for St Leonards, NSW when adding a property.
- Price was being displayed in emails from App even when undisclosed was ticked.
- Contact names were missing from the Tasks and Appointments summary lists.
- Contacts were occasionally dropping off tasks created from the Agent App.
- Dictation wasn't working on the iOS app.
Things We’ve Made
Basic Buying Criteria and E-Alerts functionality is now available on the App!
Functionality includes:
- Enter multiple sets of Buying Criteria for a contact, direct from the Buyer Register or Contact screen.
- Enable E-Alerts for the Contact and select the Sender.
- To speed data entry, E-Alerts will automatically be enabled for New Listings only. You can adjust the contact’s Buying Criteria E-Alert settings via the Web app when back in the office.
