About reports
Reports consolidate data across different areas of the system to provide insights into performance, activity, and financial outcomes. They support informed decision‑making by presenting both summary and detailed information.
Appraisal reports
Appraisal reports provide insight into appraisal activity, performance, and outcomes. They help track opportunities, identify missed appraisals, and measure how effectively appraisals are converted into listings.
- Appraisal list report - Displays selected appraisals with basic details
- Appraisal detail report - Displays selected appraisals with comprehensive details
- Appraisals missed report - Shows cancelled or expired appraisals to identify missed opportunities
- Appraisal conversion report - Compares created appraisals with those converted into listings
Commission introduced %
Displays the commission introduced percentage per listing and highlights differences against Gross Commission Ex. GST. This allows users to identify listings where the Commission Introduced does not match the “Gross Commission Ex. GST” value.
Contact reports
Contact reports summarise selected contacts and their key information. They are designed to support communication, data review, and quick access to contact details and profiles.
- Contact call list - Lists selected contacts with their contact information
- Contact snapshot report - Displays selected contacts with additional detailed information
Management reports
Management reports provide a financial and operational overview of business performance. They help track commissions, settlements, and overall agency productivity across selected timeframes.
- Commissions report - Shows commissions within a selected date range, including gross, conjunctional, deductions, and adjusted values
- Sales manager's report - Summarises appraisals, auctions, listings, and estimated staff commission
- Funds pending report - Snapshot report sorted by expected settlement date (date filters do not apply)
- Funds released report - Sorted by commission received date and can be run by consultant or office
QR code and contact tracer report
Generates a listing‑specific QR code to capture attendance and produces a CSV attendance report. The QR code can be printed and used at inspections, allowing attendees to scan and register electronically. A Contact Tracer Report is automatically generated, showing who attended and when.
Sales reports
Sales reports present detailed information about listings, transactions, and cashflow. They are used to monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and analyse listing activity across offices or groups.
- Office cashflow forecast report - Shows expected net cashflow over 6 months per listing
