The advanced data export provides an extended set of data files in addition to those included in the standard export.

This export is typically used for:

Notes: 

  • External references (*) refer to portal UIDs used for identifying records in external systems.
  • Email files (**) include Email History and Emails, which are optional and chargeable at $500 + GST. Two email datasets are available: a legacy email table and a newer email table. The newer email table does not include a listing ID for emails.
  • Email files can be included or excluded depending on your requirements.
  • Neither the standard nor advanced data export includes uploaded documents. This includes property photos, agency agreements, statements of information, contracts of sale, and Section 32 documents. These files must be manually imported into your new CRM after migration.
