This article covers:
About email settings
Email settings provide control over how email campaigns are created and sent within the CRM.
This includes defining a default template for new campaigns, managing delivery thresholds, and setting approval requirements for bulk sends.
You can configure these settings from Settings > CRM > Email Settings.
Emails per minute
This setting allows you to define a lower sending threshold than the default of 10MB per minute. It helps manage email delivery flow and system load.
Email campaign approval limit
You can set a threshold for the number of recipients in a campaign. When this limit is reached, users must seek approval before the email campaign can be sent.
Email campaign default template
You can set a default template that will be automatically applied to all newly created email blast campaigns.
- Select the desired template from the dropdown menu
- Click Save to apply changes
A single generic template is available to all clients. For a customised design, contact your Account Manager or email support@boxdice.com for a quote.
