Version 9.5 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to clients. 

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

 

Things We've Made

Filter Sales Listings by AML status and quickly spot compliance gaps

Built for: Agency admins, Compliance officers, Sales admins

Staying on top of AML can been challenging. We've heard it's been hard to identify listings where AML Checks have not yet started or where updates have not synced back into Box+Dice. 

To help with this you can now filter on the Sales Listings search screen by "AML Check - Vendors" or "AML Check - Purchasers" is any of:

  • Not started, which returns listings where at least one listing contact has no AML check
  • Incomplete, which returns listings where at least one listing contact has an AML check in progress or needing review
  • Completed, which shows listings where all listing contacts have a completed AML check.
To support this, we’ve also added Purchasers AML Status and Vendors AML Status as columns in Table View. These columns reflect the same logic as the filters, so you can scan results and understand compliance status at a glance without opening each listing.

This makes it easier for you to stay on top of sales listing workflows and confidently manage AML compliance by creating saved filters to:

  • Check that all current listings have vendor AML completed
  • Review sold listings to confirm purchaser AML has been started or progressed
  • Identify listings where vendor AML has not started at all

  • Next Best Call contact prioritisation based on weighted signals.
  • Lead Flow Prospecting enhancements, including adding market insights into our Call Sheet.
  • New ABN and other fields on Contacts to better support our AML Partner integrations.
  • Custom File types and Compliance Safeguards to prevent portal loading when a listing does not have a required file attached.
