Things We've Made

Skip the Sales Listing filters, just Ask AI

Built for: Agents, Sales admins

Sales Listing Search already has powerful filtering options, but building the right combination can take time, especially when you know what you are looking for but aren't sure which filters to use.

Following the positive response to Ask AI on Contact Search, you can now search Sales Listings in the same way. Type what you want to find in plain English, such as “Show me all auction listings this year with three bedrooms” or “Show me all current listings in Hawthorn under $800,000”.

Box+Dice will translate your request into the relevant Sales Listing filters, run the search and return the matching results. You can then review the generated filters and refine them if needed.

This gives agents and admins a quicker way to find the listings they need, without having to know every available filter or build each search manually.

Generate Email Designer templates with AI

Built for: Agents, Sales admins, Marketing team

Turn a plain-English description into a starting point for your next Email Designer template. When creating a template, you can now select Generate with AI and describe the email you want to build, including its purpose, tone, layout and brand preferences. For example, you could ask Box+Dice to:

Create a property newsletter for our spring campaign. Use a blue and white colour palette with a modern style. Include a featured listing section and a two-column layout for recent sales.

Box+Dice will use the existing Email Designer content blocks, fonts, layouts and styling options to generate a template based on your instructions. You can then review the result in Email Designer and make any final changes before using or sharing it.

AI-generated templates are designed to give you a useful starting point rather than a finished campaign. This makes it easier to get past the blank canvas and explore what is possible, while keeping you in control of the final content, layout and branding.

Access to Generate with AI and Continue with blank template is managed through the same template creation permission, giving agencies control over which roles can create new Email Designer templates.

Things We've Improved

  • More control for agents managing their own listings. New access permissions allow listing and advertising consultants to view or edit the Inspections, Campaigns, Files and Listing Information for listings assigned to them, without giving them broader access to their colleagues’ listings. Depending on the permissions granted, agents can also upload their assigned listings to portals. This is particularly useful when an agent manages a listing associated with another office in the same office group. Existing broader permissions have been renamed to clarify whether access applies to a user’s office or all offices.
  • Keep listing prices aligned and publish updates when you save. Vendor Price has been renamed Vendor/Reserve Price, while SOI has been updated to SOI/PPS in preparation for Victorian property pricing changes. Once you've entered a reserve, a new 'Match all prices to Vendor/Reserve Price' option in the Edit Listing modal can automatically populate and lock the Display Price, Search Price and Portal Price fields to match the Vendor/Reserve Price value. When saving, authorised users can also upload the updated listing directly to configured portals and media vendors. You can also use the new 'Match all prices to Vendor/Reserve Price is yes/no' filter to identify which listings are configured to keep their public advertising prices aligned with the Vendor/Reserve Price.
  • Search Sales Listings by Vendor/Reserve Price. A new Vendor/Reserve Price filter has been added to Sales Listing Search, making it easier to find listings where the price is known, missing, above or below a chosen amount, or within a particular range. To review the price alongside your results, switch to Table View and add the Vendor/Reserve Price column.
  • Search Sales Listings by Campaign Item. A new Campaign Item filter lets you find Sales Listings with, or without, selected active campaign elements. You can search for specific items, such as video tours or featured marketing packages, or identify listings where campaign item information is known or missing. This makes it easier for sales administration and marketing teams to monitor campaign activity across multiple listings.
  • Optional due dates for Tasks and Task Template items. Task due dates can now be left blank, making Tasks more flexible when they are being used as checklist items within Task Templates and Task Workflows. This is useful for compliance and listing processes where an action needs to be completed, but its exact due date is not known when the workflow begins. Tasks without a due date will appear in the Today view until they are completed or deleted, but will never become overdue. When Tasks are sorted, overdue Tasks remain first, followed by Tasks specifically due today, Tasks without a due date, and then future Tasks.
  • Assign Task Template items using Consultant Custom Fields. Sales Listing Custom Fields with a field type of Consultant can now be used as roles within Task Templates. For example, if your agency has a Consultant Custom Field called "Listing Administrator", workflow Tasks can be automatically assigned to whichever staff member is selected in that field on the Sales Listing. This gives agencies more flexibility when assigning compliance, marketing and administration Tasks to roles that are specific to their business.
  • A new Basic view for Buyer Interests. Early Access users can now view Buyer Interests in a cleaner, more visual format instead of relying only on table views. Each buyer-interest card brings together the associated Sales Listing address, buyer Contact details, interest level, responsible consultant, key dates, interest price, source and recent notes. This makes it easier to review buyer activity and understand each result while testing the Buyer Interests search experience. The Buyer Interests search screen can be enabled by individual users through 'Early Access' at the bottom of the left hand navigation menu.
  • Delete Contact Categories without manually removing them from Contacts first. Authorised users can now delete a Contact Category directly from the Set Up Categories screen, even when it is still assigned to Contacts. Before deletion, Box+Dice will show how many Contacts will be affected and require the user to type the category name to confirm. The category will then be removed from every associated Contact and permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone, so agencies should review the affected number carefully before confirming.
  • Running balances on End-of-Month Trust reports. A running balance column has been added to the Trust Ledgers section across the End-of-Month accounting reports. This provides a continuous view of the ledger balance throughout the reporting period and better supports trust auditing and regulatory reporting requirements.

Things We're Working On

  • Improvements to our Early Access features like the Ask Agora AI Assistant, and new features like AI-assisted Automations Builder.
  • Active Buyer enhancements, with system-calculated Buyer Strength ratings.
  • Rental Listing management in the Agent App for iOS and Android.
  • Custom File types and Compliance Safeguards to prevent portal loading when a listing does not have a required file attached.
  • Integration with MRI's SecureSign e-Signature solution, for Listing Authority and Contract of Sale workflow journeys
