Active Buyer Filter: Identify your Active Buyers
Built for: Agents, Sales managers
On the Contact Search screen, you can now easily find Contacts with Active Buyer status, building on the Active Buyer feature introduced in v9.4.
Active Buyer status is automatically applied to Contacts based on their recent buyer activity, helping you quickly identify buyers who are currently active in the market.
The new filter is located under the Matching heading and allows you to search for Contacts with Matching Criteria or Active Buyer Criteria. It can be used alongside other Matching filters, such as Suburb, number of Bedrooms, and number of Bathrooms, etc to further refine your search.
Vendor Reporting Notes Configuration
Built for: Agents, Admistrators
Some agents and agencies prefer to display all Buyer Notes in their Vendor Reports, while others may want to keep certain notes private.
A new configuration screen now allows you to set the default visibility for each type of Buyer Note as either 'Show to Owners' or 'Hide from Owners'.
Any new Buyer Notes will automatically use the default visibility set in the configuration. You can still override this setting and change the visibility of an individual note when required.
The Settings screen can be found under Settings > Listings > Buyer notes.
