Things We've Made
Improvements to Active Buyer.
Built for: Agents, Sales managers
We've enhanced our 'Active Buyer' feature to provide a more insights into buyer intent and engagement.
Active Buyers are now automatically assigned a Buyer Strength rating of Emerging, Engaged, or Strong, based on the volume and significance of their recent buyer activity.
For example:
- A contact added to a buyer register will typically be initially classified as Emerging.
- As they engage with additional listings or attend inspections, they may be upgraded to Engaged.
- Buyers who demonstrate stronger purchase intent, such as attending multiple inspections, requesting contracts, or making offers, may be upgraded to Strong.
Buyer Strength reflects a contact's overall likelihood to purchase, rather than their interest in any single property.
Manual override
Buyer Strength can also be set manually. This allows agents to apply their own judgement based on information not captured by the system.
For example, if a buyer has recently sold, is a cash purchaser, and is actively looking to buy within the next few months, you may choose to manually set their Buyer Strength to Strong.
A manually assigned Buyer Strength will override the automatic calculation and can be reverted back to automated scoring at any time.
Improved matching
Buyer Strength is now displayed within the Matched Contacts panel on listings, making it easier to identify and prioritise the most active and motivated buyers when reaching out to potential matches.
Updated filters
A new Buyer Strength filter has been added and can be combined with Natural Language Search to quickly find relevant buyers.
Key benefits:
- Automatic Buyer Strength ratings based on real buyer behaviour.
- Manual overrides for agent knowledge and expertise.
- Buyer Strength visible in Matched Contacts for a listing and on the individual Contact's profile.
- New Buyer Strength search filter.
File version history
Built for: Sales admins, Compliance officers
Update listing documents without losing their history or creating disconnected duplicate files.
When a listing document needs to be replaced, you can now upload it as a new version of the existing file. All previous versions remain together in one version history, making it easier to understand what changed and recover an earlier document when needed.
The Version History manager shows each version’s status, uploader, upload date, file size and how it was created. Authorised users can preview or download previous versions, upload another version, or restore an older version as a new submission for approval. Existing listing files will appear as version 1, so their history can continue from there.
Approvals apply separately to each version. When a replacement is uploaded, the currently approved version remains published to your website, the Agent App and integrations while the new version awaits approval. Once approved, the replacement becomes the published version. If it is rejected, the previously approved version remains available.
File-level settings such as sharing permissions, visibility, file type, assigned approvers, description, comments and expiry date are retained when a new version is uploaded. The Version History manager also warns when restoring a version with an expiry date that may cause the file to expire again, allowing the date to be reviewed.
Eligible superseded versions can be deleted, but the newest and currently published versions are protected. Restoring an older version does not remove later versions. Instead, it creates a new version at the top of the history and sends it through the approval process.
Things We've Improved
- Send Automation notifications to Consultants selected in Custom Fields. Consultant Custom Fields can now be selected as recipients of an Automation action. For example, if a Sales Listing includes a custom field for a Compliance Officer, Listing Administrator or Marketing Coordinator, an Automation can notify whichever Consultant is selected in that field. This helps agencies direct notifications to the person responsible for each record without creating separate Automations for individual staff members.
- Managing a calendar appointment's assignees. We’ve made it clearer how to unassign yourself from an Appointment. We’ve also fixed an issue where deleting an Appointment from your linked calendar could remove it from Box+Dice even when other attendees were assigned. The Appointment will now be deleted only when the person deleting the calendar event is its sole attendee.
Things We're Working On
- Rental Listing management in the Agent App for iOS and Android.
- Upgrades to our Reporting tools as part of the retirement of our old Library feature.
- Pending Payments for Conjunctional Commissions, to streamline processing of third-party and referral deductions.
- New Automation conditions by Listing Status, Contact Activity types, etc
- Integration with MRI's SecureSign e-Signature solution, for Listing Authority and Contract of Sale workflow journeys.
- Listing Campaign Performance stats sourced from REA and Domain.
- Security and Infrastructure updates.
