Things We've Made

Prioritise Tasks and take action with fewer clicks
Built for: Agents, Sales admins, Office admins

Tasks now provide clearer priorities, useful Contact context and direct actions, helping agents decide what needs attention and complete more Tasks without having to jump between screens:

  • Prioritise your Tasks
Assign a High, Medium, Low or Unprioritised priority when creating a Task. Colour-coded flags make priority easy to identify across Task Manager, Quick Tasks and other Task views, while new filters help you focus on the work that matters. Tasks are sorted by due date and then priority.
Priority can also be set on individual Task Template items. Tasks created through a Task Workflow automatically inherit the configured priority, helping teams consistently highlight important listing, administration and compliance steps.
  • Link a Library template directly from a Task
When creating an ad-hoc Email, SMS or Letter Task for a Contact, you can now link it directly to a Library Template. A Linked Action button will appear, allowing the Task assignee to generate the Library Template directly from the Task.
  • Default Linked actions
If no template is linked, Box+Dice provides a default action based on the Task type. Email, SMS and Letter Tasks open the relevant communication modal with the Contact already selected, while Phone Tasks open the Add Note modal so the call outcome can be recorded. These actions are available from Task Manager, Quick Tasks and the Task tab on individual Contact profiles.
  • Review recent notes before following up
Expanded Tasks now show recent notes for their associated Contacts. Task Manager displays up to five recent notes for each Contact, while Quick Tasks shows the latest note with an option to view more, giving agents helpful context before making a call or sending a message.

Create custom Listing File Types
Built for: Agency admins, Compliance officers, Sales admins

Create file types that reflect the documents your agency needs to manage on a listing. A new settings page allows authorised users to create custom Listing File Types alongside the existing Contract, Listing Authority, Statement of Information and Other types. For example, an agency could create a dedicated type for a Material Fact Sheet, Seller Disclosure Form or another document used in its listing process.

Custom Listing File Types are available when uploading files to a listing and can also be included in the existing File Approver settings, giving agencies more control over who reviews particular documents. Where multiple files use the same type, the latest file remains current and older versions are marked as expired, helping users identify the document that should be used.

Create Automations with help from AI
Built for: Agency admins, Office admins
Early Access

Start building an Automation by describing the outcome you want in plain English. Users can enable the Agora AI Automations Builder through Early Access, and once enabled a new AI creation option appears in Automations, where you can enter a request such as: "A day before settlement, send an SMS template to the purchaser."

Agora AI will interpret the request and build as much of the Automation as it can, giving you a starting point that you can review and refine in the visual Automations Builder. The AI Create tool's goal is to make it easier to get started without facing a blank builder or needing to know every available trigger, condition and action. As this feature is in Early Access, generated Automations may not always interpret every part of your request correctly. Users should carefully review and test each Automation before making it active. Early Access users can share feedback by clicking the thumbs down icon.

Things We've Improved

  • View changes to important Sales Listing fields. You can now review the recent history of selected price and date fields directly from a Sales Listing. Hover over a supported field's history icon, then view when the value changed, who changed it and its previous and updated values. Initially supported fields include Display Price, Portal Price, Search Price, Authority Price, Vendor/Reserve Price, End Date and Time, Sale Price and Sale Date. Up to 50 recent changes are shown, with a link to System Logs when more history is available.
  • Link records to an office with a Custom Field. A new Office Picker Custom Field type lets agencies record an office relationship that is specific to their own business process. For example, you could create a Conjunctional Office field on Sales Listings and select the relevant office from within your office group. Office Picker fields can be created for Contacts, Appraisals, Sales Listings and Rental records. Office Picker values can be used in search filters, Library Template merge fields and supported custom reporting or website templates.
  • Target Automations by Listing Type. Listing Automation triggers can now use 'Listing Type is any of' or 'Listing Type is none of' conditions. This lets authorised users run different workflows for sale methods such as Auction, Private Sale or Expression of Interest listings. For example, an Automation triggered by a price change could notify one team when the listing is an Auction and follow a different path for other sale methods.
  • Quickly find recent Buyer Interests. New 'Last 30 days', 'Last 60 days' and 'Last 90 days' options make it easier to focus Buyer Interest results on recent buyer lead activity. Select a timeframe to apply the Activity Date filter immediately, instead of building the date range manually. Buyer Interests remains available through Early Access.
  • Take Buyer Interests into Contact or Sales Listing Search. Early Access users can now select Buyer Interest results and use 'View Contacts' or 'View Listings' to open the corresponding records in Contact Search or Sales Listing Search with a pre-applied filter. Duplicate Contacts or listings are consolidated in the destination search, where authorised users can perform the usual bulk actions, such as sending emails, adding Categories or reviewing the related records.
  • Generate Library Letters for up to 500 Contacts. The Contact recipient limit for Library Letter generation has increased from 100 to 500 Contacts.
  • Publish all commercial property subtypes. Outbound feeds to media vendor partners now include all selected commercial property subtypes, up to three, rather than only one. This aligns commercial media vendor feeds with the REA portal format and helps ensure the classifications recorded in Box+Dice are represented consistently across supported advertising destinations.
  • Clearer TradeMe integration errors. The TradeMe configuration screen now displays the latest recorded error for each activated portal. This gives administrators more useful information when investigating issues such as listing ownership or API retrieval errors, without needing to begin troubleshooting elsewhere.

Things We're Working On

  • Improvements to our Early Access features like MCP connection to the same tools currently available within our Ask Agora AI Assistant.
  • Active Buyer enhancements, with system-calculated Buyer Strength ratings.
  • Rental Listing management in the Agent App for iOS and Android.
  • Compliance Safeguards to prevent portal loading when a listing does not have a required file attached.
  • Integration with MRI's SecureSign e-Signature solution, for Listing Authority and Contract of Sale workflow journeys
