Use the activity property radius filter
You can use the Activity Property Radius filter to find contacts with property-related activities located within a specified distance of an address or property.
To search using the filter:
- Go to: Contacts
- Click Add Filter
- Select Activity Type
- Set the filter to is any of > Owner
- Click Activity Type subfilter
- Select Activity Property Radius
- Set the filter to within
- Enter the required distance
- Search for and select the relevant property or address
- Click Apply
The results will display contacts who own properties located within the specified radius of the selected address. This can help you identify nearby owners who may be interested in market updates, appraisal opportunities, or local sales activity.
