Summary
Learn how to delete a contact’s residential address while keeping the associated property in your system.
You can delete a residential address from a contact if it’s outdated, incorrect, or no longer relevant. Removing the address will not delete the property itself, only the address stored in the Contact record.
To delete a contact residential address:
- Go to: Contacts
- Locate and open the relevant contact record
- Click Edit in the upper-right corner
- Scroll to the Address section
- Click > arrow to expand the address section
- Click the Delete address button to remove the residential address
- Click Save
Note: This won't delete the property from the system.
