Learn how to remove residents from a property by deleting the property's address from the resident's contact record.
Residents are linked to properties through the address recorded on their contact record. To remove a resident from a property, you must remove the property's address from the resident's contact record.
Each resident must be updated individually. Once the address is removed, the contact will no longer appear as a resident of the property.
To remove residents from a property:
- Open the resident's contact record
- Click Edit
- Click the Addresses section
- Locate the residential address associated with the property
- Click Delete Address
- Click Save
- Repeat these steps for each resident you want to remove from the property
