Things We’ve Made
Improved data restrictions in the Library - We have created a new ACL that can limit the number of records that can be accessed within the Library. The ACL gives the user the permission to access > 500 records in the Library. Those without the ACL will be restricted to a maximum of 500 records in the Library. By default all roles are given the ACL, so as an Administrator who wants to restrict access, you will need to remove the Roles you don't want to grant this permission to.
Improve your prospecting by creating a filter from the Property Search screen and then instantly view all known Owners in the Contact search screen. We have added a new "View Contacts" button on the Property search screen allowing you to easily view the Owners of the Properties returned in your results, so that you can then prospect to them by creating a Lead Flow lead list or sending them a templated email or SMS.
- For Sales Agents, as an example, if you sold a property with a swimming pool and wanted to prospect to nearby owners of properties with swimming pools, you could create a filter on the Property Search screen for all properties that have an owner, a swimming pool and (using our Map filter) are within a 2km radius of your recent sale. Then with a click of a button you can now view the list of Owners of these properties in the Contact Search screen and turn the results into a Lead List to prospect to.
- For BDM's, say a contact owns 5 properties, one that they live in, and two that you're already managing through Property Tree. If you wanted to target the addresses which are not under active management, first use our properties search filters to find Absentee Owners who do not have a Current Landlord activity, then the new "View Contacts" button will take you to our Contacts Search screen where you can turn the results into a BDM Lead list to prospect to via Lead Flow.
A new Consultant Report has been created to replace the old legacy report of the same name. This can be accessed via Reports > Staff Reports and includes a snap shot of an agents activity, including KPI's such as:
- Number of Contacts
- Number of Tasks they've completed
- Number of Appraisals and Listings
- Commission data

We've introduced a new option to help manage Contact duplication. For offices with Contact duplication disabled, this option prevents a new Contact from being created if their mobile number or email already exists in your database—even if the first and last names don't match.
This is useful if you're seeing duplicates caused by misspelled names. For example, if this option is enabled and someone tries to add 'John Smith' but 'Jon Smith' already exists with the same phone number or email, the new Contact won't be created. - Reporting on invoices has been enhanced in the Sales Invoices screen, by the addition of an invoice type filter. Marketing Managers and Finance Team members can now easily isolate the invoices relevant to them.
- Record logs now show any Comments in full, where previously they were truncated. This helps in the case a Comment has been deleted and you want to review what it stated.
