Version 7.16 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
Schedule your eMails to Send Later. In the “Send eMail” modal, you now have the option to schedule an eMail to be sent at a later date/time, matching the option in our "Send SMS" modal. This means you can set up important eMails ahead of time and work continues automatically even when you're not in the office.
Things We've Improved
- When sending SMS or eMails from Buyer Leads or Tenant Leads an automated note will be created, enabling you to keep track of communications sent automatically, without the need to leave the buyer table to review the communication timeline
- Share documents and files stored in Box and Dice to your website and save time by allowing self-service access to commonly requested property files such as planning certificates, drainage diagrams and more. Simply mark selected listing files as 'public' to make them accessible to your website via our Website API.
- When viewing a contact you can now see if they have a partner who is deceased, ensuring you always have the right information at hand before making contact. (This was a UserVoice request from our community of users).
