Things We’ve Made
New Auto Alert triggers - you can now set up an automated communication to be triggered when the Listing Type is changed or when the Auction date or time of a listing has been edited. This allows your team to keep informed about important changes to a listing
Lead Flow reports. We have have created a suite of new reports for Box and Dice Lead Flow, our all-in-one prospecting and nurturing system. If you have Lead Flow enabled you will be able to access these from Reports > Lead Flow Reports.
- Call Connection report - this report shows you the time of day you are most successful at connecting with a lead on a phone call. As you call your Appraisal Leads we automatically capture the time of day you were able to reach the contact when you answer 'Yes' in the 'Were you able to contact the lead?' section of the Lead Flow Call Sheet. We then aggregate the results and display them in the report, providing you with the insights about when you're having most success in connecting with a contact.
- The report below is based on dummy data, but in this example you can see the agent made 10 prospecting calls between 9am and 10am and connected with the lead on 8 of them, a connection rate of 80%. Compare this to the 11 calls made between 10am and 11am, where the agent only connected on 1, a connection rate of 9%. The connection rate is highest at 83% between 3pm at 4pm and so this may be a good indication to schedule future prospecting calls around this time.
- Additionally we show a second chart which aggregates all calls made by colleagues in your office, providing you with the same information but based on a higher volume of calls.
-
Lead List overview report - This funnel report allows you to select any Lead List and see your performance. We display the total number of leads that have been created or assigned to you in the specified date range and how they have progressed. In the below example I am looking at my 'Hot leads' Lead List. I can see that:
- 32 leads have been assigned to this list
- 5 are yet to be actioned
- 4 have been removed
- 15 have been dismissed
- 3 have an open Lead Flow task
- 3 have an open Appraisal
- 1 has a current listing
- 1 has resulted in a sale
- This report becomes even more powerful when you include multiple Lead Lists, allowing you to compare the ROI on each. In the example below I am comparing my 'Hot leads' Lead List with my 'Owners near Smith St' Lead List. The chart compares the % conversion of each which can help you derive insights about which types of leads provide the highest ROI. For example, in the chart below I can see that 30% on my leads from the 'Owners near Smith St' have become sold properties, compared to 3.1% of my 'Hot Leads'. As an agent I could focus future prospecting efforts on similar types of leads as those found in my 'Owners near Smith St' list based on this data.
- We have created similar reports dedicated to Domain Leadscope and REA Market Appraisal Leads
- For Sales Managers and Directors, we have 'Manager' versions of these reports where you can view the reports for all consultants within your team.
Box and Dice Property Tree integration Clients on our MRI Early Adopter Programme (EAP) can now enable the next phase of our Box and Dice Property Tree integration. Once enabled, the Contact Sync builds on the existing Property Sync and will allow users with the right permissions to:
- Import Property Tree contacts into B+D to grow your database
- Run campaigns to target Property Tree landlords and tenants from B+D
- Grow your rent roll by viewing which properties your contacts own that you don't currently manage
- See Property Tree tenancy start / end dates within B+D
- See if the contact you are prospecting is a Property Tree landlord or tenant
- See when B+D data is out of sync for a particular Contact, by displaying the Property Tree value next to the field in B+D.
- Control the visibility of sensitive landlord and tenant information.
Speak to your account manager to be part of this EAP
Propps Integration. The Propps white-labelled platform allows your buyers to show commitment by registering interest on your properties and even by placing offers, so you know they are truly qualified.
- Collect price feedback
- Allow buyers to view and download property documents
- Collect offers on properties
- Secure buyer ID verification
- Register to bid on your auction properties
- Drive urgency and transparency
Propps is designed to improve the Buyer experience and as part of this allows a Buyer to create an offer against one of your Listings. With the integration enabled your listing in Box and Dice will automatically sync across to Propps. Buyers can then submit an offer via the Propps journey and the offer and it's details will then sync back into Box and Dice and be added to the Buyer record. This is a great way to ensure all offers are recorded in Box and Dice without the need of duplicated effort.
Enhanced TradeMe enquiries. For New Zealand agencies - enquiries from TradeMe will now be processed via Lead Capture. In addition to this, video URLs will also be included in portal loadings uploaded to TradeMe.
Things We’ve Improved
-
Granular API control If you use the RedHQ eMarketing API, you can now configure which endpoints you give access to. We will be rolling this out across all our API's - giving you more granular control on your data that is made available to third parties, as this will improve data security. In the set-up below the admin user has enabled the integration, but has decided to not make Rental Listings, or the ability to create or retrieve tasks available. Please note, some of these end points may be required for the integration to function as intended, so it's best to check with the integration partner.
- Web Lead Interest Level. When a Web Lead checks into an inspection, their interest level will be automatically set to 'Maybe', ensuring they are returned when you search or filter for Buyer 'by inspection'.
- Unsubscribe Duplicate eMails. When manually updating a Contacts marketing permissions, if we identify another Contact in the system with a duplicated mobile or email address, we will provide a warning and give you the opportunity to also update the other contacts marketing permissions at the same time. This helps comply with the SPAM Act and stops you potentially continuing to send marketing communications to a number or email address who has requested no more are sent.
- SMS Quiet Hours Exceptions. Previously we prevented the sending of an SMS during 'Quiet hours'. A user can now override this on an individual SMS should they wish.
Things We’re Working On
- Security enhancements.
- Continued Property Tree integration with Box and Dice.
- Outlook email integration.
- An improved Library for sending templated emails and SMS.
