Things We’ve Made
My Contact Consultant column
We've introduced a new column in the Contact search Table view, called "My Contact Consultant". This allows you to easily identify and track which consultant has claimed a specific contact, particularly when exporting to CSV or Word.
Things We’ve Improved

Manage Lead via Category/Board View. We've added a new dismiss reason into the Lead Flow Call Sheet, "Managing Lead via Category/Board View". This option allows agents to dismiss leads from the Lead List once they are being managed through our Contact Board View feature. This dismiss reason will also be included in our Lead Flow reports, including the Lead List Overview Report, for both consultants and managers, ensuring the accurate reflection of a lead's status.
- Suburb quick filter. A new "Suburb" quick filter option has been added to the filter sidebar on both the Sales and Rental search screens. This feature enables users to quickly filter their results by suburb, streamlining your search experience. If you'd like to see more quick filter options added into the Filter sidebar, let us know via MRI Box and Dice UserVoice.
