Things We’ve Made

A Board View for Property Prospecting

Complementing our Board Views for Contacts, we've introduced a Board View for Properties. Where the Contact Board used Categories, the Properties Board uses Tags, allowing agents to manage tagged prospect properties in a Trello-style board. Move cards into different columns to change their tags and keep on top of the properties you are trying to appraise and list. To get started, click 'Create Board', select tags to build your board and Save. 

This feature has been released in BETA and we welcome your feedback.

 

Enhanced Announcements

We have introduced an "Announcements" feature, to improve the way Box and Dice communicates with users. We will use this to share news like Release Notes and Feature Highlight videos.

 

New method for generating Library Letter Templates. 

We are continuing our push to enhance the ways you can send and manage Library templates, making the process faster and more intuitive, and in this release we've added a new 'Letters' option into the 'More' drop down menu, which opens our new "Library Letters" screen.

 

Sending Library Templates from Tasks

Clicking the "Generate Email/SMS/Letter" button on Tasks will no longer open our old Library, instead it will use our new 'Send Email'/'Send SMS'/'Library Letters' screens to further improve the user experience (UX)

Sending Library Templates from Sales Listings

We've added new 'Send' buttons next to Vendor, Purchaser and Solicitors on our Sales Listing screen, along with a 'Use Library Template" option in the 'More' drop down menu, so that agents no longer need to rely on our legacy library feature. This further improves the user experience (UX), making it more intuitive and reducing the number of steps to perform the action.

 

Download or Delete listing images in bulk

We've added new 'Select all', Download and Delete buttons into the 'Listing Photos' modal, allowing you to download all selected photos and floorplans in bulk, or to delete them. 

 

Things We’ve Improved

  • New inspection filters and columns in Sales and Rental search screens. We added new 'Inspection Consultant' and similar filters to our Sales and Rental screens, and new Inspection columns into Table view, to further enhance our new Inspection view screens.
  • Option to hide buyer note timestamps from Vendors. We've added a new 'Hide date and timestamp from Buyer notes' option into our Advanced Vendor Report builder. 
  • Filtering Tasks by a task Contact's categories, or by a task's completed date. We've added new options to Filter your Tasks: to only show task contacts with a particular Category, so you can focus on actioning tasks belonging to your 'Hot' contacts etc; and to narrow results by task completed date, so sales managers can see which tasks their team completed in a chosen timeframe.
  • Shared tasks that when completed by one, completes for all. We've created a new 'Shared Task' feature, so you can assign one action to multiple consultants and once one agent marks it as complete, the shared task will be completed for all assignees.
  • New 'Send' options in the contact popover. Now you can send an Email, SMS, etc to any contact without needing to leave the screen you are on.
  • Identifying a contact's Owner Occupied and Absentee Owner properties. When a contact owns the same property as their residential address, we will now highlight it as being 'Owner Occupied'. Properties that do not match the contact's residential address will fall under the 'Absentee Owner' heading. 
    And, for users of our PropertyTree integration, we will also highlight which of a contact's owned properties are currently Under Management in PropertyTree. Now, you'll be able to see at glance how many properties a contact owns that are not under management by your office, and can then add that contact into a prospecting list for your BDM to target and grow your rent roll.
  • Minimised large timeline comments. From our UserVoice feedback forum, we heard that long notes were cluttering the contact timeline, so we've minimised long notes by default, with the option to 'Show More' when you want to read the full message.
  • Name your Auto Alerts, search the list by name and set a specific category consultant as recipient. We've added the option to enter a name for Auto Alerts, to make it easier to find the alert you want for client's with long lists. We've also added a new alert recipient option, 'Specific Category Consultant'. Now, an auto alert can be sent to a consultant related to the trigger contact via a category like 'Newsletter', or 'Hot Vendor' etc.
  • Option to auto remove deleted purchaser from trust ledgers. We've added the option to auto remove a purchaser from trust ledgers when a sale falls through. This will help prevent future trust receipts from showing the old purchaser's name.
