Version 8.3 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.  

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

Option to automatically update Sales Details when a deposit is received. Coming from a request via our UserVoice feedback platform: In the ‘Manage Sale Details’ screen we’ve added a new “Update from ledger” checkbox (default-ticked when a ledger exists). In the ‘New receipt’ screen we’ve added a new “Update sale deposit details” checkbox (default-ticked when “Update from ledger” is ticked). When both new options are ticked, deposit receipts recorded in your trust account automatically updates the ‘Received Deposit’ and ‘Balance Due’ fields. These new options ensures that all deposit transactions in the listing’s ledger efficiently reflect in your sales records, saving time and reducing manual data entry risks.

Things We’ve Improved

  • Best Match, Arrow and Enter key actions in Quick Search. Users can now seamlessly navigate Quick Search results with enhanced keyboard controls. Use the up and down arrow keys or the tab key to traverse through the list of suggested results efficiently. As you scroll through, each contact or property is highlighted for clarity. Once your desired result is highlighted, simply press 'Enter' to quickly navigate to the selected contact or property. This enhancement ensures a swift and intuitive search experience.

  • 'Expected Close Month' and 'Likelihood' Board views for both Sales and Rental Appraisals
  • Option to Reassign selected Tasks instead of only in bulk
  • Export Rental Appraisals and Listings to CSV or Word
  • Option to keep existing inspections when a listing is marked as sold
  • Enhanced Rental BDM prospecting features
  • Auto-send templated emails/SMS to a listing contact when a trigger like Settlement day occurs
  • New inspection screen for both sales and rentals
  • Security enhancements
