Version 7.22 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
Automatic Reasons to Call in Workflow view (BETA). With automatic reasons to call and a new way to view your most important contacts, Box and Dice now helps agents decide which seller leads to call and what to call about. In consultation with top agents and CRM coaches, this feature was designed so that agents can set up automatic “Reasons to Call” triggers. They can then be alerted about specific contacts to call when key events occur, for example:
- A house sells near a "Warm" prospective vendor's property
- A "Category B" contact attends an inspection
- An appraisal lead is created for a "Category A" contact by REA, Domain Leadscope, BYB, Rebot or Rita
This new feature extends Box and Dice's Lead Flow and allows agents to manage Hot, Warm, Cold (or A/B/C) category contacts in a Trello-style board. Simply move cards to change categories and keep on top of the contacts you are trying to appraise and list for.
This feature has been released in BETA so that users can use it and provide feedback.

Things We've Improved

Contact automations. This feature, which was originally released in v7.14, has passed it's BETA phase and is now available to all clients. It allows you to automatically Apply a Task Template (formerly known as "Loyalty Campaigns") to a Contact based on a trigger event occurring. For example a Contact who is a Purchaser of a property can have the 'Purchaser Anniversary' Task Template automatically applied.

Gmail and Outlook eMail integration. This feature started it's BETA phase release in v7.15 and is now available to all clients. When enabled, emails received into your Outlook or Gmail inbox from an existing Box and Dice contact will become visible to you in the contact's timeline. Emails sent to a contact from Outlook or Gmail, will also appear to you in the contact's timeline.
- Appraisal visibility security on Properties search screen. To protect sensitive appraisal information, the visibility of appraisal listings via our Properties search screen now matches the behaviour of our dedicated Appraisal search screen, so if you are not qualified to view someone else’s appraisals on the Appraisal search screen, you are now prevented from seeing that Appraisal on the Properties search screen as well.
- Restyled UI elements. We've made updates to the accessibility of Box and Dice's user interface by softening our buttons and improving the visibility of our input fields under different lighting conditions.
