Version 7.15 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
Gmail and Outlook Email Integration. Your emails can now be synced into Box and Dice.
This feature is in BETA and is available to be turned on. It has been designed with the input of our users and has privacy considerations at its core. This BETA phase allows for further feedback and input from a wider range of users.
When enabled, emails received into your inbox from an existing Box and Dice contact and emails sent to a contact, from up to 6 months ago, will display in the contact’s timeline. All imported emails by default will only be visible to your user. You can change the visibility of an individual email from only yourself to everyone in your office group.
If you later disable the email sync, it will prevent future sent or received emails from appearing in contact timeline but will not remove the ones already there.
For those who join our BETA release of the Gmail and Outlook integration: To setup Email sync, navigate to your staff profile > Linked Account > Email > Save & Authorize

Things We've Improved
- You can now set multiple levels to the sort order in a listing's Buyer Leads table
- If a user has changed the bank account number or bank account BSB, this will create an record log entry. We purposely hide the details of the changes but you can now see a change has been made and which user made the update.
- When campaign items sourced from a Media Vendor are removed from the Media Vendor's side, they must be unassociated from any invoices or bills in Box and Dice before the sync will remove the item from the listing's campaign. - When merging duplicate Contacts we now show the 'Last Contacted Date' of each, which may be used to determine which Contact to keep or remove.
