Version 7.8 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to all clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
Find properties with a 'Study'. We have created a new filter to find properties or listings (sales or rentals) with a 'Study' (or number of Study Rooms). This can be used to identify suitable listings when you have a buyer enquiry - or to help you to identify similar properties when providing a valuation at an appraisal.
Find properties with a specific feature. Another filter we have created, with similar applications, is 'Property Features'. You can now identify any property or listing in your system that has a specific property feature. Alternatively, you can find properties without a specific property feature, for example, a pool.
Identify Contacts who have recently attended an inspection. We have created a new filter on the Contact search screen so that you can identify all the Contacts in your system that have recently attended an inspection - across all of your Listings. This can be used to identify active buyers to nurture with a marketing campaign or with Box and Dice Lead Flow.
If you add in an additional filter for investors (using a Category, or the upcoming Property Tree integration) you could turn these active Contacts into Rental Appraisal Leads. Next you can assign them to your Property Management BDM to nurture the relationship with the active investor and grow your rent roll.
Force a sign in. If you use Single Sign On (SSO) and are an administrator, you can now navigate the Staff profile screen and clear a team members' SSO token, forcing them to sign in again with their password. To do this navigate to the Staff profile screen for the team member whose SSO session you want to end, then go to More > Clear SSO token.
Things We’ve Improved
Inspections that are marked as 'Private' will be added as an appointment in the consultants Appointment calendar and therefore emailed as an iCal reminder if the option is selected. Private inspections can be used to create appointments that you do not want to be made public on portals and websites.
A home for Box and Dice Automations. Box and Dice has automations in different parts of the user interface. To make automations easier to find, we have created a new screen for Automations, under the Settings menu item and have moved the configuration screens for our existing Automations here. These include:
- Auto Alerts
- E-Alerts
- Lead Capture
- Check in SMS
Things We’re Working On
- Box and Dice Lead Flow - our new prospecting feature has been enabled for our first batch of offices. This release includes improvements to Box and Dice Lead Flow. If you are interested in hearing more about Box and Dice Lead Flow and joining the MRI Early Adopter Program, please speak to your account manager.
