MRI Box and Dice MRI Box and Dice

Version 8.2 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.  

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

Option to 'Use Library Template' when sending SMS. We are continuing our push to enhance the ways you can send and manage Library templates, making the process faster and more intuitive. When 'Use Library Template' is toggled on you'll be able to select one of your SMS templates from the Contact Library, and set the associated property or listing. Use the "Preview" option at the bottom to review how the template has generated for each of your recipients before sending.

 

Things We’ve Improved

  • New Export ACLs. You can now limit the records a user can export to CSV or Word down to 250 or 100, in addition to the existing limits of max 500 and 'over 500'.
  • New Buyer Privacy options for the Advanced Vendor Report. We've added the options of 'Initials only'; 'First name and initial'; 'Initial and last name'; and 'Full name', giving you choice when communicating a campaign's progress with your vendors.
  • Updated multifactor authentication. We are committed to keeping your data secure. To enhance the protection for those users who previously set up B+D's own MFA (originally released in 2022), we are migrating them to our new and improved system powered by Okta (introduced in 2024 for all clients not using their own SSO Provider), which offers stronger security. Migrated users will be shown the below screen upon initial login:

  • 'Expected Close Month' and 'Likelihood' Board views for both Sales and Rental Appraisals
  • Option to Reassign selected Tasks instead of only in bulk
  • Export Rental Appraisals and Listings to CSV or Word
  • Option to keep existing inspections when a listing is marked as sold
  • Enhanced Rental BDM prospecting features
  • Auto-send templated emails/SMS to a listing contact when a trigger like Settlement day occurs
  • New inspection screen for both sales and rentals
  • Security enhancements
