Version 7.12 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
Add or remove property tags in bulk. You can now add or remove property tags in bulk via the "More" drop down menu on the Properties, Sales Listings, Sales Appraisals, Rental Listings and Rental Appraisals search screens. This enables you to tag a segment of properties in bulk, making them easier then ever to find when prospecting. Alternatively you could use the filter "where Tags is any of" to find all properties with a tag which is out of date/incorrect and then remove that tag in bulk.
The Access Control Level (ACL) governing this permission can be found under Settings > General > Access > Global Permissions > Bulk add or remove property tags.
Note: This new ACL permission has been granted to all users by default.
MFA for new staff profiles through Okta. Newly created users (via the "Add" button on the Staff list screen) will no longer require their password to be set for them. Instead they will receive an activation email, sent to their Login email address, with a link to set their own password and other security credentials, including Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). The activation email also serves as the 'confirmation email', verifying that the Login email address is valid.
MRI uses 'Okta' to provide best-in-class secure Multi Factor Authentication. Okta is a service that specialises in customer identity and security, and ensures that Box and Dice keeps up to date with best practice for securely logging into your system.
Note: Clients who manage their own login credential authentication via Microsoft Azure AD SSO, or Google OAuth2 SSO, will not use Okta to login to Box and Dice. Using the 'Sign in with Microsoft'/'Sign in with Google' button to login via SSO bypasses the Okta MFA steps.
For clients using SSO, newly created users will be sent an email without an 'activate' link. Once a new user receive this, they will be able to login to Box and Dice with SSO, bypassing Okta.

Things We’ve Improved
- Increased frequency of Lead Capture .We have made changes so that Appraisal Leads appear in your Lead Flow list, and your buyers are attached to your listings, quicker.
- Improved Auto Alert setup We've moved the Add new/Edit Auto Alert Trigger workflow into an in-screen modal, replacing the miniature pop-up window which could get 'lost' when the user brings the main browser window to the front.
