Version 7.6 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to all clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
The existing 'Manage Listing Files' ACL has been split in two to cover 'Published files' and 'Non published files'. This has been done to assist with compliance around listings - users without the 'Manage published files' ACL will not be able to add, edit or remove files that are included on the advertising portals. However, by giving these users the 'Manage non-published files' ACL they can still add, edit or delete files that aren't published to the portals.
- Published files include the Statement of Information
- Non published files include the Contract and 'Other' files
Things We’ve Fixed
- The Advanced Vendor report previously did not show Open For Inspections without attendees. This has been fixed so that it is consistent with the Simple Vendor report.
- Lead Capture reliability has been enhanced.
Things We’re Working On
- Lead Flow - Box and Dice's new prospecting feature has been enabled for our first batch of offices. This release includes a bunch of improvements to Lead Flow. If you are interested in hearing more about Lead Flow and joining our early adopter program click here
