Things We’ve Made
Artificial Intelligence to generate your Advertising Copy. Harness the power of Open AI to create advertising copy for your listing, saving you important time.
Gain full control of your AI-generated copy by selecting the specific property attributes to include in the OpenAI prompt. You can further customise the copy by including an additional prompt to assist OpenAI in writing the advertising copy the way you want – for example, emphasising the suburb the property sits in, the writing style of the copy or specific features of the property you most want to highlight.
Try it out in the Advertising Copy modal! Click ‘Generate by OpenAI’, review and customise your output in any way you choose before clicking Save.
This feature can be enabled or disabled by an Admin user.
Buying signals from REA.
Focus your efforts and have more informed conversations with buyers, armed with the knowledge of their stage in the buying journey.
The REA “Buyer Readiness” will now be displayed next to the Buyer’s name, indicated and coloured as 'Early', 'Mid', or 'Late’ stage to help you determine the buyer’s propensity to purchase. Use the “Buyer Readiness” icon to help shape the conversations you have with a potential buyer.
This feature will be available when buyer enquiry has been received from Realestate.com.au (REA) and created in Box and Dice with Lead Capture. This is only available via the browser app but will soon become available in the Box and Dice Agent App.
Custom Access Control Level (ACL). Previously, it was only possible to scope commission access across the entire Office Group. Now in Version 7.2, you can configure who has access to ‘commission’ information within an Office Group.
Limit access to sensitive commission information by allowing a user to only have access to commission information for sales within their office. Set limits on the new ACL by going into Settings > General > Access Listings > Listing details > Commissions

Things We’ve Improved
We boosted the number of images you can upload to a Property or Listing. For REA, you can now upload up to 35 images in the portal upload. For Domain, it's now possible to upload up to 100 images, whereas previously you could only upload 26 images.
We improved Filter Screens to allow you to be even more targeted (based on requests from User Voice).

- On the Contact search screen, you can now add a column to show a Contacts Categories.
- House size and Land size are now available as filters on the Rental Appraisals and Rental Listings Search screens.
- The 'ID' field is now available as column in the Property and Rental Search screens.
