Version 6.5 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to all clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
- To enhance security around Contact bank details, a new Auto Alert has been created that will trigger when the bank details on a Contact is edited. This can be used to notify a staff member of any changes to a Contact's account number or BSB. This new Auto Alert can be found under the “Client” category and is called “Contact Account Details Edited”. It is worth noting that this Auto Alert will not trigger when bank details are added in the first instance, only when they are edited.
Things We’ve Improved

To enhance security, one of the Accounting (Access Control Levels) ACLs has been amended to restrict which screens a user can view:

A user with the ACL ‘Access > Accounting > Trust > View’ (and ‘View all offices’) will have access to 'Settings > Accounting > Accounts”

This screen will now be hidden to users without this ACL.
- Users with the existing ACL ‘Access > Settings > Accounting > Accounts > Save’ will continue to have the ability to view the ‘Settings > Accounting > Accounts” page, along with the additional access to make changes.

- To improve usability, when a polygon search is saved on any of the Search screens, bringing up the saved filter will now render the polygon with the results displaying in the Map View.
Things We’ve Fixed
- Rental images now display on the Rental Listings and Rental Appraisals search screens when viewing them in the Basic view.
- Staff Sharing permissions to send emails and SMS were not always replicated across the SMS, email and Blast functionality. This has now been fixed.
