Things We’ve Made

Lead Flow for BDM Leads. We're rolling out Lead Flow for BDM Leads to help Rental BDMs boost their agency's rent rolls with investor prospects looking for property management. It's similar to our Lead Flow for Sales leads but BDM Leads will be in their own separate lists, and have different options on the Call Sheet relevant to the BDM persona.

In this release users will be able to:

  • Create a new BDM Lead list
  • Link a filter to a BDM lead list, so that new “BDM Lead” contact activities are dynamically created

  • Configure the Investor button in the Agent App to create a BDM Lead contact activity
  • Sort your list of Leads Lists to find Sales Lists vs Rental Lists
  • Add BDM Leads to the list

  • View BDM Lead activity on the Contact Timeline

  • View a Call Sheet for the BDM Lead, so the Rental BDM can review details before calling and record the outcome of their prospecting call.

Third parties can now create BDM Leads via our APIs.

If your preference is to use different term, like 'Investor Lead' or 'Landlord Prospect', instead of 'BDM Lead', this can be changed in our Terminology settings page.

 

Merge Properties. We've introduced a "Merge Properties" feature to help you clean up your property database. You can find the new Merge button on the Property Search screen – under the "More" dropdown menu. On the Properties search screen, tick at least 2 properties (up to a maximum of 5 properties), agree to the Terms of Use, select a primary property, and click “Merge”.
Note: Your user will need to be granted the new ACL privilege "Merge Properties" (found at 'Settings > Access > Global Permissions'). 

 

New ACLs to allow a user to view/edit data belonging to selected offices within an office group. Payroll officers and trust accountants managing multiple offices can now have additional authorised offices set for their staff profiles which will allow them to view or edit each office’s listing commissions, payroll, and/or trust accounting. CRM Administrators can arrange for their staff to manage multiple one or more secondary offices in addition to their primary office, instead of having to grant them access to the data in every office in the group. This feature is perfect for those clients working within ‘Hub' setups that have shared 'backend’ staff resources across offices, offering more flexibility than our previous "all offices, just my office, or nothing" options.

 

Things We've Improved

  • New ACLs for rental appraisals have been introduced to align with sales appraisal security and qualification rules. Users can now view and filter rental appraisal activities and property transactions by office. By default, access is restricted to each user’s office, but clients can adjust permissions to broaden or limit access.

  • An improved method for sending Library templated emails and SMS.
  • Enhanced Contact Automation actions.
  • A Box and Dice Partner Portal, making it even easier for 3rd parties to integrate with us
